Lead Engineer, Process, Back End

• Bachelor's degree or above, Major in physical, optical or other related

• 7+ years of experience in optical components alignment

• Hands-on experience in the relevant manufacturing environment is necessary

• Able to investigate and troubleshoot process abnormalities

• Experience in optical communication related industry

• Skilled in the office software such as excel, PPT and fluent English speak &write

• Process trouble shooting, failure analysis and yield improvement capability

• Ability to work highly independently with minimal guidance from supervisor on specific tasks

• Excels in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment

• Able to support a flexible work schedule due to collaboration with multiple worldwide facilities

• Good command of either English or Chinese.
