Pandora is listed on the Nasdaq Copenhagen stock exchange and generated revenue of DKK 31.7 billion (EUR 4.2 billion) in 2024.About Pandora VietnamPandora's new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.Main purpose of the role:Manage & perform sourcing requisition of Indirect Categories. Execute sourcing according to strategy provided by Indirect Procurement Manager. Support to deliver commercial improvement such as cost saving / cost avoidance / credit term improvement. Increase procurement skills & competencies through training, job rotation, project management.Key accountabilities:RUNNING THE BUSINESS1. Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Perform sourcing & negotiation for requisition/ project.
  • Support category strategies, tactic, process, spend, supplier performance and relationship under Indirect category.
  • Collaborate effectively with relevant parties to ensure high adherences to standards of indirect materials and other.
  • Lead supplier negotiation in term of commercial term & technical term (if need) to ensure the Pandora's requirement is.
  • Minimize conflict of interest through challenging status quo, ensure engagement and alignment on strategy and tactical from key stakeholders including decision.
  • Negotiate and create draft contract based on master contract template and consult with Legal in case of deviation from master template - Legal supports Procurement team.
  • Create and maintain supplier master data and participate in relevant governance forum as needed.
  • Support supplier relationships and performance for Indirect Category.
  • Support supplier assessment and collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure stringent standards.
2. Cost Management
  • Negotiate competitive cost structure and credit term. Execute effective action to achieve budgetary goals.
3. Compliance & Governance
  • Execute purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Execute supplier assessment effectively (both supplier qualification and supplier performance evaluation) is applied and collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure stringent standards to aid and improve business performance.
  • Create draft contract based on master contract template and consult with Legal in case of deviation from master template. Work effectively on contract coverage and its compliance.
4. Ethical & Sustainable Procurement
  • Ensure responsible sourcing initiative and collaborate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders including Global Sustainability Board.
5. Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholder to define and manage risk of project and also ensure high adherences to standard of procurement.
  • Support supplier assessment and collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure stringent standards.
6. Financial Budget and Control
  • Execute on departmental budget, objectives/KPIs and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
CHANGING THE BUSINESS1. Supply Resilience
  • Execute an effective risk mitigation (for example multi-source, supply chain mapping and etc.) to safeguard against disruptions.
2. Sustainability
  • Support Carbon emission team and drive suppliers on carbon emission engagement program to deliver company target commitment.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Experiences in Procurement field is preferable
  • Drive the solution to most complex business problems
  • Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
  • Support to deliver exceptional work
  • Be self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization
  • Good at ERP systems (SAP or similar) & Indirect system (Coupa/ Basware/ Ariba/ Scanmerket) and strong analytical skills for spend analysis and supplier performance tracking.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to communicate effectively in English.
