Join our Franke Asia Sourcing Vitenam team and make a real impact on product quality, supplier performance, and project excellence.Your tasks

Project Development & Execution: Drive the end-to-end project process to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery.
Tooling & Documentation Management: Follow up tooling development, prepare tooling contracts, create part numbers, and track engineering drawings and inspection standards.
Sample & Production Validation: Evaluate first production samples and oversee first-order production to ensure alignment with specifications and delivery timelines.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing teams to support tooling acceptance and resolve supplier quality issues.
Supplier Sourcing & Development: Identify, assess, and select reliable new suppliers, and conduct effective pre-audits to ensure capability, quality, and cost competitiveness.
Supplier Performance Management: Initiate supplier transitions or phase out underperforming suppliers when needed.
Procedure Optimization: Support the Sourcing Manager in improving departmental procedures and ensuring effective implementation.

Requirements

College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, enginerring or Manufacturing
3+ years expertise in suppier managament, familiar with supplier deveopment processes and standards for industrial products
Highly detail-driven, organized, and able to work independently
Strong communication in English
Based in Ho Chi Minh City or nearby and willing to travel within Southeast Asia
