You will play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines across tech, marketing, eCommerce, and operations — directly contributing to the growth of the company.What You Will Do
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referral programs, communities, and headhunting.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring demands.
Execute employer branding activities across multiple platforms.
Track, analyze and optimize recruitment performance metrics.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication.
Familiar with hiring across Marketing, Tech, E-commerce, Operations roles is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Good English communication is an advantage.
