Their work aims to improve operational efficiency through tailored technology implementations. This role supports their growth in Vietnam by expanding SME client acquisition and account development.Role Purpose & Success OutcomesDrive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding SME clients (both local and foreign-invested) in Vietnam through network-driven and consultative sales execution.
- Builds and converts a qualified pipeline within the SME segment using existing relationships and outbound efforts
- Secures new clients through structured prospecting and network activation
- Expands revenue within existing SME accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintains accurate pipeline visibility and meets agreed revenue benchmarks
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within SME and mid-market segments in Vietnam
- Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with decision-makers in target companies
- Conduct client meetings and position-tailored IT and digital transformation solutions
- Develop proposals and lead negotiations aligned with client requirements and budgets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure and onboarding handover
- Maintain disciplined CRM usage, including pipeline tracking and forecasting
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to ensure solution fit and execution readiness
- Continuously build market presence through events, referrals, and ecosystem engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Certifications in sales methodologies or technology domains are a plus (nice-to-have)
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions, SaaS, or digital services
- Demonstrated success selling into SME or mid-market segments (not primarily large enterprise)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through personal network and outbound efforts
- An existing network of business owners, directors, or functional leaders in Vietnam is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Understanding of cloud solutions, ERP systems, or business process automation (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of SME business challenges and buying behavior in Vietnam
- Familiarity with digital transformation needs at the mid-market level (e.g., cost control, process efficiency, scalability)
- Self-directed and proactive in building a pipeline without reliance on inbound leads
- Commercially pragmatic; able to adapt solutions to SME budget constraints
- Relationship-driven with a focus on trust-building and repeat business
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
