- Define the long-term technology strategy and architecture roadmap aligned with business growth and expansion plans.
- Oversee the development and operation of core financial systems, including trading platforms, market data infrastructure, risk and compliance systems, client onboarding platforms, and internal front-middle-back office solutions.
- Ensure technology platforms are secure, scalable, and capable of supporting high transaction volumes and low-latency trading environments.
- Establish best practices in software engineering, DevOps, system reliability, and cybersecurity governance.
- Lead the development of data and analytics platforms to support trading insights, institutional client services, and management reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering and technology organization, strengthening internal capabilities and reducing reliance on external vendors.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and the Board to support digital transformation initiatives, innovation, and strategic business expansion.
- Proven experience in CTO, Head of Technology, or equivalent senior leadership roles managing large-scale technology organizations.
- Strong background in system architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance platform design.
- Experience working with Chinese technology ecosystems, high-growth technology platforms, or fintech companies is highly preferred.
- Exposure to financial services, capital markets, fintech, or other regulated technology environments is a strong advantage.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering large-scale technology transformations.
- Ability to work closely with executive leadership and Boards on strategic technology initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in an international environment.
- A C-level leadership role with direct influence on technology strategy and long-term business growth.
