By combining rigorous financial management, proactive analysis, integrity, and attention to detail, every financial decision will contribute to stronger performance, smarter planning, and long-term organizational success.Operational OwnershipI assume full responsibility for the efficient and profitable operation of the Finance department in accordance with Six Senses brand standards and approved budgets.Key responsibilities include:Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards, brand policies, and statutory requirements
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
  • Support year-end closing, audits, and statutory reporting
Oversee and review Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets
  • Monitor daily revenue postings, night audit reports, and income audit accuracy
  • Support cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and treasury controls
  • Ensure proper controls over cash handling, petty cash, and banking procedures
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections
  • Monitor departmental costs and highlight cost control opportunities
  • Support purchasing and inventory controls in line with hotel policies
Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and segregation of dutiesResponsible Business & ComplianceAll operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.Accountability & Leadership PresenceI am a visible, hands-on, and strategic leader with strong organizational and decision-making capabilities. I drive results across guest satisfaction, host engagement, operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability, while strengthening the property's market positioning.Skills & ExperienceThe role requires:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Three or more years of progressive accounting managerial experience.
  • International resort or hotel experienced is preferred.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.
  • Microsoft Office application literacy, cross-cultural work environments exposure, critical problem analysis/resolution skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the purchasing and productions process and is equally versed in GAAP for hospitality.
  • English with ability to communicate clearly.
  • Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
  • Heavy lifting of materials up to 22kgs may be required.
