Location: Vietnam (with regular factory visits in Thai Binh, Tra Vinh)Mission OverviewYou will be responsible for developing supplier expertise to produce high-quality products with short lead times and competitive costs. The role focuses on driving factory efficiency and competitiveness by combining Lean methodologies, automation, and data-driven decision making.Key Responsibilities
- Efficiency Management: Optimize mass production processes (e.g., process to cost, transition from sewing to semi/automation) to boost productivity, especially for strategic models.
- Efficiency Roadmap: Lead the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma frameworks across production phases.
- Waste Elimination: Identify and execute actions to remove production waste.
- Automation: Manage automation progress within the Vietnam bag production panel.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset with ability to identify issues and drive solutions.
- Proven project management skills: setup, progress tracking, and follow-up.
- Experience in supplier management, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Confident communication in English.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and business-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of automation is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site with regular factory visits (2–3 times per month).
