- Develop strategies, plan, and implement onboarding programs, general training, corporate culture initiatives, and specialized/R&D training programs.
- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs; develop content, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules to enhance employee capabilities.
- Manage, supervise, and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, post-training assessments, and key performance metrics.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve training quality and enhance employee learning experiences.
- Communicate and organize activities to promote corporate culture, strengthen engagement, and enhance overall employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education & Training, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and talent development.
- Experienced in designing training programs and applying modern learning methodologies (e.g., e-learning, blended learning).
- Capable of developing strategies, planning, and implementing large-scale corporate training programs.
- Proficient in English for communication and documentation.
