- Partnering with Sales to understand Enterprise advertiser business goals (ROAS, Market Share)
- Translate complex objectives into tailored, multi-channel campaign strategies and measurement frameworks.
- Leverage internal AI-driven tools to automate routine optimizations and identify hidden performance trends
- Process Improvements: You will need to work through process and identify opportunities to leverage AI to boost efficiency and performance
- Software Evaluation: You will work with internal tech teams and 3rd party vendors to introduce new software for the ad operations team
- 5+ years in Digital Media Planning, AdOps, or Performance Marketing, specifically managing Enterprise-level budgets
- Deep knowledge of the programmatic landscape, DSPs/SSPs, and attribution modeling. Familiarity with AI-driven bidding or creative optimization tools is an added value.
- Experience with automating manual processes using software
- Advanced Excel/SQL skills or experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to tell a story through data.
