- Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and product quality
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability whilst maintaining guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency across all outlets
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Analyse sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings and promotional activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes for the F&B department
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets and driving business growth
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Proficiency in using point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages would be advantageous
- Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and cuisine is a plus
- University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Food safety certification is desirable
