WHEEL PROCESS ENGINEER

• Providing support and suggestions from a process perspective during RFQ.

• Preparing product feasibility study report.

• Preparing process flow chart, estimated IE time, and custom information.

• Participating in the product and tooling design review and providing suggestions/ideas from process perspectives.

• Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems; Collecting information during trial-out build for product engineer.

• Publishing working instructions, BOM, part history, etc. on time.

• Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summar

• Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson-learned database frequently.

• At least 2-5 years experience working in Automative, Mechanical process engineer.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related major

• Good English communication & Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of 5 core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP), knowledge of 7 QC tools and IATF 16949 awareness,

• Hands-on experience in using 2D/3D software.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
