By blending innovation, surprise, authenticity, and thoughtful details, every guest interaction will be transformed into a memorable wellness journey.Key responsibilities include:Perform spa treatments in accordance with Six Senses Spa standardsSet up treatment rooms as per operational standardsHandle guest complaints and record all feedback and commentsServe welcome drinks or other offerings to guests when neededComplete required reports and documentation (e.g., stock records, daily logbooks, guest feedback)Request and maintain necessary supplies for daily operationsEnsure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all spa and treatment areasCheck and maintain equipment in safe and functional conditionCarry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or managementResponsible Business & ComplianceAll operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies.
