Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Compensation: upto 25 mil + commissionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and expand the local market for Energy Storage Solutions (ESS).
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers (investors, EPC contractors, industrial enterprises, commercial buildings, high-end households).
- Understand customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to propose suitable energy storage solutions.
- Collect and analyze market insights, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports to the global sales team.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Energy, Mechanical...) or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in renewable energy, electrical equipment, energy storage systems, batteries, or inverters.
- Basic understanding of energy storage systems and the local energy market in Vietnam.
- Existing customer network is a strong advantage.
- Good English communication skills (ability to read technical documents and communicate with international partners).
- Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented.
- Relevant experience in a similar Sales Engineer role in energy storage or renewable energy.
- Willing to accept challenges, not overly concerned about company information and benefits when applying (all issues will be clarified in person during the interview).
- Candidates with experience working in Chinese companies or familiar with Chinese work methods are preferred.
- Chinese language is a plus.
- Reports directly to Chinese Director.
- Only one interview round.
- Salary negotiable based on current salary and candidate's expectation.
