- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Manage and optimise the company website, ensuring an excellent user experience and high conversion rates
- Create and oversee content strategy across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
- Analyse campaign performance using various analytics tools and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the Vietnamese market
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and digital partners
- Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Develop and implement strategies to increase direct bookings and reduce dependency on third-party platforms
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools and methodologies for campaign performance analysis and optimisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with digital marketing in the Vietnamese market and familiarity with local digital platforms and trends
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in digital marketing
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese would be advantageous
