The Finance Director will report directly to the Vietnam Country Director and act as a trusted strategic advisor to the country leadership team. This role will be accountable for overseeing the full spectrum of finance activities in Vietnam, including financial strategy, planning, performance management, and decision support.Key responsibilities include leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering insightful financial analysis, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with both local regulations and international accounting standards. The role will also be responsible for maintaining strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.Working closely with commercial, sales, and supply chain teams, the Finance Director will support key business decisions by optimising pricing strategies, managing costs, and driving profitability improvements.
