- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for toys testing services.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including manufacturers, exporters, and retailers in the toy industry.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (laboratory, customer service, technical) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Support marketing activities, trade shows, and promotional events related to toys testing services.
- Other specific tasks assigned by Head of Department.

- Co-operating & providing information related to market/clients to Marketing Executive to prepare E-newsletter or upload in website
- Maintaining and developing relationship with existing and new consulting company;
- Developing relationship with Association, NGOs, Government Authorities to support for business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Good spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin) is plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in testing, inspection, or certification services.
- Strong knowledge of the toy industry and relevant safety standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to grasp information, quick learning; Ability to working hard under high pressure;
- Some travel will be necessary, though not regularly.
