Savills is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead all aspects of our Vietnam and SEA technology environment and a high-performing local IT team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering strategic application initiatives and day‑to‑day (BAU) services across a full‑service, multi‑disciplinary real estate business.What you will leadEnd‑to‑end ownership of Vietnam and SEA IT: service management, infrastructure & security, applications, data & analytics, collaboration tools, and end‑user experience.Planning and delivery of application‑centric projects that improve business growth, competitiveness and operational efficiency (CRM, ERP/Finance, Property/Facilities platforms, data, AI and automation).BAU service excellence using ITIL practices (incident, problem, change, request), clear SLAs/XLAs, and continual improvement.Budget, vendor and contract management; optimisation of licensing and run‑costs.Local M&A technology due diligence and post‑merger integration, ensuring rapid onboarding to Group standards.Stakeholder engagement with local leadership and Regional IT; translate business priorities into a pragmatic IT roadmap with measurable value and ROI.What you will bring12+ years in progressive IT roles, including 5+ years leading country or multi‑site IT with both applications and operations remit.Proven success delivering application transformation (e.g., CRM/ERP, data platform, workflow automation, AI/Copilot) while running stable BAU.Strong people leadership: build, coach and elevate cross‑functional IT teams; foster an inclusive, high‑accountability culture.Vendor and budget ownership; confident commercial negotiation and cost optimisation.Working knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001, Microsoft 365/Entra, Azure, modern networking & endpoint management; property / real estate domain a plus.Success looks likeBusiness‑backed roadmap delivered on time; visible uplift in productivity, client experience and data quality.BAU stability with clear SLAs, reduced incidents/MTTR and strong stakeholder satisfaction.Smart use of Group platforms and data (not re‑inventing the wheel); disciplined governance and security by design.Location & reportingBased in Vietnam, HCMC reporting to the Vietnam CEO, in close partnership with the Asia Pacific CIO and local management.Why SavillsWe are a global real estate advisory with a strong APAC footprint and an ambitious, technology‑forward agenda.
