- Conduct deep-dive market mapping to identify potential candidates for active mandates across industries and geographies
- Build target company lists and org charts using LinkedIn, databases, and proprietary tools
- Maintain an up-to-date talent database of senior professionals across Southeast Asia
- Partner closely with Consultants throughout the full search lifecycle — from briefing to shortlist
- Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates to gauge interest and qualify fit
- Prepare candidate long lists, profiles, and research summaries for client-facing deliverables
- Monitor industry trends, leadership movements, and organisational changes across target sectors
- Support salary benchmarking and competitor landscape analysis
- Contribute to market insight reports and thought leadership content
- 1–3 years in executive search, talent research, recruitment, or a related field
- Strong candidates with less experience and exceptional research instincts will be considered
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
- Strong written and spoken English — outreach and candidate profiles must be polished and professional
- Highly organised — you will be running multiple mandates simultaneously
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving timelines
- Genuinely curious about business, industries, and people
- Meticulous — accuracy in research is non-negotiable
- Discreet and professional — executive search demands absolute confidentiality
