Associate Recruitment Consultant

• Conduct deep-dive market mapping to identify potential candidates for active mandates across industries and geographies
• Build target company lists and org charts using LinkedIn, databases, and proprietary tools
• Maintain an up-to-date talent database of senior professionals across Southeast Asia

• Partner closely with Consultants throughout the full search lifecycle — from briefing to shortlist
• Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates to gauge interest and qualify fit
• Prepare candidate long lists, profiles, and research summaries for client-facing deliverables

• Monitor industry trends, leadership movements, and organisational changes across target sectors
• Support salary benchmarking and competitor landscape analysis
• Contribute to market insight reports and thought leadership content

• 1–3 years in executive search, talent research, recruitment, or a related field
• Strong candidates with less experience and exceptional research instincts will be considered
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
• Strong written and spoken English — outreach and candidate profiles must be polished and professional
• Highly organised — you will be running multiple mandates simultaneously
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving timelines
• Genuinely curious about business, industries, and people
• Meticulous — accuracy in research is non-negotiable
