- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and Capex planning aligned with business priorities.
- Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support management decisions.
- Oversee accurate and timely statutory, management, and consolidated reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, internal controls, and corporate policies.
- Manage cash flow, funding needs, and banking activities with regional teams.
- Partner with Treasury, Legal, and Tax on regional and strategic initiatives.
- Drive cost optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen governance and controls in line with business and supply chain strategy.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and outsourced service providers.
- Lead facilities projects, asset management, business continuity, and talent development.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualifications are highly preferred.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing finance, statutory reporting, and corporate services across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Solid experience in ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.
