- Develop LLM-powered applications and AI workflows
- Build agent-based solutions and tool-using agents
- Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and external knowledge sources
- Integrate AI models into backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with engineers and compliance analysts to build AI-driven automation
- Monitor and improve AI system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Contribute to internal AI tools and automation platforms
- All necessary compliance training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- 2-4 years of software engineering experience with exposure to AI/ML systems
- Strong programming skills in Python (Rust or other languages are a plus)
- Experience working with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
- Understanding of RAG pipelines and vector databases (PGvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Experience building backend services using FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
- Familiarity with Docker and modern development workflows
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience building AI-powered developer tools or internal platforms
- Familiarity with open source software and compliance topics
- Experience with vector search systems or knowledge retrieval platforms
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure or Kubernetes environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
