- Visit customers and analysis customer requirements to identify new products & concepts to meet Customers’ needs and report it to Technical Service Manager (TSM)
- Create customer intimacy through frequent visits and ‘multi- level’ communication
- Develop new customers, new segmentation as per management guidance.
- Lead Lab works (do prototypes, test ingredients/ products, evaluate products or Ingredients performance) with TSM or assigned customers for development projects of innovation or full application and transition these projects to sales team.
- Work with suppliers to capture all product portfolios of suppliers they have and advise sales team in order to maximize sales
- Work with TSM to resist price discounts and push through price increases by “value sell product” to build company profitability and comply with suppliers’ price increases.
- Regularly and timely submit internal and external reports, especially new project reporting to commit to transparency with the company and suppliers
- Do budget and plan new business development with technical service oriented for area of responsibility
- Self-learning and be coached from TSM of technical knowledge, and professional skills
- Bachelor Degree of Chemical Technology or related industries; Master Degree is preferred
- At least 2-3 year experience in same position or R&D position at manufacturing companies
- Experience in Personal & Homecare Industry
