- Act as the primary account manager for strategic accounts.
- Be the face of the company for clients with survey opportunities.
- Support the closing of new opportunities (in collaboration with internal teams).
- Conduct post-project follow-up calls and mid-project check-ins.
- Drive client referrals and advocacy initiatives.
- Conduct regular office visits (~25% travel).
- Stay top-of-mind with clients through proactive engagement.
- Reach out to newly promoted team members within client organizations.
- Re-engage lapsed users.
- Keep clients informed about new platform functionality and offerings.
- Organize and arrange office trainings and relationship-building initiatives.
- Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Act as backup to the delivery role when required.
- Work closely with Survey Directors across APAC (no direct reports, but strong collaboration).
- Synthesize client and market feedback into trends and insights.
- Communicate organizational changes, client priorities, and market signals to Leadership Team.
- Funnel client feedback to Product to influence roadmap and improvements.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and maintenance (including chasing down survey status updates).
- Maintain structured, periodic meeting summaries accessible at city/segment level.
- Track and manage strategic account activity consistently.
- Plan and execute sales/marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing.
- Conduct targeted outbound to:
- Lapsed users.
- New teams within existing accounts.
- New business units within current client organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Degrees in quantitative disciplines (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) are a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in account management, strategic sales, or client relationship roles.
- Prior exposure to consulting and/or private equity clients is strongly preferred.
- Existing network in APAC is advantageous but not required.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable managing escalations and executive-level conversations.
- Structured and disciplined with CRM hygiene and reporting.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive expansion within accounts.
- Willingness to travel (~25%).
