Data Governance Framework DevelopmentDevelop, implement, and maintain end-to-end data governance policies and standards within the assigned domain of expertise.Define and formalize operational governance processes, including data quality measurement, issue management, and stewardship accountability.Clearly articulate governance roles and responsibilities across stakeholders to ensure consistent application of standards.2. Governance Implementation & EnforcementMonitor adherence to established data governance standards, policies, and operating procedures.Support Data Quality and Governance Councils or Steering Committees by preparing meeting agendas, documentation, and progress reports.Identify and resolve cross–business unit governance issues, escalating material risks when necessary.Design and facilitate structured data policy governance processes to identify critical data issues and ensure policy enforcement.Ensure appropriate controls and monitoring mechanisms are in place to govern data access and usage.Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for Data Stewards and relevant stakeholders on governance policies and procedures.Collaborate with domain Data Stewards to achieve enterprise data management objectives.3. Communication & Stakeholder EngagementSupport senior data leadership (e.g., Chief Data & Analytics Officer and Head of Data Governance) in communicating governance priorities, initiatives, and achievements across the organization as required.Engage business leaders and control functions to promote awareness and compliance with data governance standards.4. Project & Operational ManagementManage governance-related initiatives within the domain, addressing operational challenges and evolving business requirements to maintain high performance.Partner with team leads to resolve resource constraints, workflow challenges, and project roadblocks.Conduct post-implementation reviews and root cause analyses to enhance governance effectiveness and continuous improvement.5. Capability Building & Talent DevelopmentTrain and mentor team members to develop into proficient Data Governance specialists.Identify capability gaps and support individual development planning to strengthen overall team performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.A Master’s degree or higher qualification is preferred.Minimum 12 years of experience in banking, financial services, investment management, or securities.Proven experience in advisory or asset management roles serving VIP and HNWI clients.Strong working knowledge of financial products, investment markets, and wealth management solutions.Solid understanding of banking operations and service models.Good comprehension of business strategy, value proposition development, and commercial positioning.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Strong presentation and communication abilities.Strategic thinking capability with sound analytical judgment.Ability to translate market insights into practical advisory solutions for frontline teams and clients.Contact: Huong DoDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
