• Warehouse Worker có trách nhiệm hoàn thành một số hoặc toàn bộ các công việc sau đây khi được phân công:

• Loading and unloading goods of Customers

• Responsible for loading, moving, stacking, charging, wrapping goods according to the correct quantity and type in the stages of importing, exporting, checking, storing goods.

• Load goods from vehicles/containers onto pallets or from pallets onto vehicles/containers, classify goods or move goods from one location to another in the warehouse according to the correct quantity and type as per the general working process of the Warehouse.

• Carry out stamping/classifying customer goods and clean the assigned area.

• Carry out classification of good goods, dented/faulty goods, blurry dates, no dates, broken goods...

• Responsible for checking quantity, quality and type during the labeling stages.

• Check the quality of goods from food and vegetable suppliers, separate according to each delivery location

• Weigh goods, pull goods onto pallets, re-stack goods, re-wrap pallets, re-check quantity, load goods onto vehicle, notify customer service staff/specialists to do paperwork, stamp vehicle seal

• Rearrange goods in the warehouse, clean the warehouse and the shipping doors

• Check quality, select goods according to standards and notify direct manager when there is a problem

• Export/import goods according to the direct manager's dispatch orders.

• Work related to shelf maintenance such as: Dismantling, assembling, measuring shelves, etc.

• Carry out work according to the instructed procedures.

• Report to Direct Manager on issues related to facilities and status of goods, unusual problems related to imported and exported goods as well as the status of goods, shelves, floors, lights, and refrigeration systems in the warehouse.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, Warehouse Accountant, Goods Inspector, Driver to work quickly and accurately, improve the quality of customer service and customer care.

• Communicate politely with Customers/Drivers/Colleagues, work attentively and accurately as required by the Manager/Supervisor.

• Ask for support from superiors when additional help is needed.

• Clean the work area, warehouse rooms, and assigned areas.

• Develop self to meet both career and organisational goals, apply diverse skills and perspective to achieve common goals (through 1:1’s and development discussions)

• Consistently hitting or exceeding the goals and objectives set by self and others.

• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

• Proactively coordinate with Direct Manager and relevant departments to balance and adjust overtime hours when the number of overtime hours in a month exceeds the State limit.

• Keep business information confidential. Protect customer information and customer information is only used for professional work.

• Work overtime as agreed with the Manager/Supervisor.

• Provide initiatives and ideas to develop work processes/labor safety, contributing to improving the company's efficiency.

• Follow and enforce all occupational health & safety, food safety, quality and legality requirements.

• In case of absences, next level Leader will fulfil food safety and compliance requirements

• When meeting the conditions to use a forklift, the Warehouse Worker can use a forklift to move goods, fulfilling the requirements assigned by the Direct Manager.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct Manager.
