Job Description :ACG_3370_JOBOur client is a leading financial services corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.1. Advisory Tools & Sales EnablementDesign and implement advisory tools and frameworks that enable Relationship Managers to provide suitable investment recommendations based on comprehensive portfolio analysis.Develop structured client profiling methodologies, including risk appetite assessment and asset allocation guidance.Equip the sales force with actionable insights and practical solution models to enhance advisory effectiveness and client outcomes.2. Market Research & Investment AnalysisConduct ongoing research and analysis of financial markets, competitor offerings, and wealth management trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and portfolio optimization.Maintain deep expertise across investment and asset management solutions to provide high-quality advisory support.Propose new product ideas and solution enhancements based on evolving market dynamics and client demand.Develop and implement risk management and control mechanisms to safeguard client portfolios.Deliver regular market updates and thought leadership content to internal sales teams as well as through appropriate internal and external communication channels.3. Product Collaboration & InnovationPartner with product development teams to design and launch new investment offerings aligned with affluent and HNWI client needs.Provide structured feedback from clients and frontline teams to refine product features and value propositions.4. Direct Client AdvisoryProvide direct consultation on wealth management strategies and comprehensive financial planning solutions for HNWI clients, as requested by Relationship Managers or senior management.Support complex advisory cases requiring advanced portfolio structuring and asset management expertise.5. Additional ResponsibilitiesUndertake other assignments as delegated by the Director or direct supervisor.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.A Master’s degree or higher qualification is preferred.Minimum 12 years of experience in banking, financial services, investment management, or securities.Proven experience in advisory or asset management roles serving VIP and HNWI clients.Strong working knowledge of financial products, investment markets, and wealth management solutions.Solid understanding of banking operations and service models.Good comprehension of business strategy, value proposition development, and commercial positioning.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Strong presentation and communication abilities.Strategic thinking capability with sound analytical judgment.Ability to translate market insights into practical advisory solutions for frontline teams and clients.Contact: Huong DoDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
