Architect of Change:

Strategic Partner to senior leadership/ stakeholders:

  • Build, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-value projects. Foster a culture of agility, accountability, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar transformation programs-ensuring every milestone is met, every risk is managed, and every outcome delivers measurable value.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation project management, with at least 3 years in life insurance or financial services.
  • Prefer candidates who have led large-scale projects in claims, operations, digital transformation, and have experience working with C-level executives.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strategic thinking, strong financial analysis and planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in change management, conflict resolution, creative and pragmatic problem-solving.
  • Data management, analytics, and experience with AI/Machine Learning are advantages.
  • Personal Attributes & Working Style:
  • Resilient, professional, autonomous, transparent, highly committed to results.
  • Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Certifications: Preferably Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP or equivalent certifications.
