We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and devices, such as industrial machinery, transportation systems, and robotics equipment. Their role involves identifying deficiencies in mechanical processes, conducting experiments to improve product designs, and utilizing CAD technology to create detailed designs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experiences in these field.Work Location: Vsip 2 - Binh Duong.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1.Designing and developing mechanical systems and componentsConcept Development - Engineers define the problem, set objectives, and brainstorm solutions.CAD Modeling - Using software like AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Creo to create detailed designs.2. Conducting experiments and analyzing data to improve designsPrototyping & Testing - Building physical or digital prototypes to evaluate performance.Safety & Compliance - Adhering to industry standards and regulations.3. Supervising CAD project drawings and collaborating with teamsReviewing CAD Drawings - Ensuring accuracy, compliance with specifications, and adherence to design principles.Managing Design Revisions - Overseeing updates and modifications to CAD models while maintaining version control.Collaborating with Engineers & Designers - Working closely with mechanical engineers, process engineers, and quality engineers to refine designs.4. Preparing documentation and reports on mechanical/technical analysisKey activities - structuring data, interpreting results, and presenting information in a clear and professional manner.5. Production engineering support based on material knowledgeMaterial Selection - Choosing appropriate materials based on strength, durability, and cost.Manufacturing Considerations - Ensuring designs are feasible for production and assembly.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 1 years of experience in Mechanical Design fieldProficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion 360, Creo, etc.). (Must)Strong understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Technical writing and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems, and related tools.Proficiency in English (additional language skills (Chinese and Japanese) are a plus).BENEFITSSalary Review, 13th month salaryCompany performance Bonus, Travel Opportunity, Training & DevelopmentCV in English.Onsite interviewOccasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines and production schedules.Effective communication and collaboration skill across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
