- Project Management: manage strategic campaigns and initiatives with clients that accelerate new commercial payment flows and acceptance footprints within the IPVMC markets
- Go-to-Market & Marketing Toolkits: Support market teams and share sales collateral, tools, resources and best practices across markets, leveraging Visa's sales enablement platform of Compass and other resources. Equip market teams to win and retain clients and increase Visa's competitive positioning
- Commercial Offer Management: assist in offer sourcing, campaign implementation and coordination with vendors and banking partners
- Campaign Implementation: support deployment of key acceleration campaigns (e.g., XB Acceleration, Debit/Credit Growth), milestones and execution timeline tracking, campaign performance tracking
- Training Support: organize logistics for client trainings and GTM enablement sessions, track follow-up actions
- Event Enablement Support: coordinate logistics and execution of Visa-led forums, partnership ecosystem events
- Management and Communications: coordinate internal/external communications related to VBNs, maintain content updates and touchpoints
- Ecosystem readiness: Assist with data consolidation for pricing analysis, track enabler and partner engagement and develop ecosystem readiness insights.
- Min 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD), Preferably in Digital payments, Tech or financial services, but not a must.
- Strong experience in sales support, or project management experience leading initiatives for business growth.
- The ability to translate data sets into analytics, research, client information and needs into actionable plans, deliverables and narratives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and CRM tools.
- Savvy with financial modelling and commercial case preparation
- Excellent project management, communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work with a very diverse set of stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in English language
- A high level of energy and desire to educate both clients and internal colleagues on the capabilities and benefits of technical products, by making complex solutions understandable and engaging for your audience
- Experience in commercial payments (cards, payables, expense management, virtual solutions and/or SaaS software preferred)
