Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Segment StrategySupport the Head of Deposit, Wealth & Segments in defining segment value propositionsTranslate strategic priorities into clear segment initiatives, KPIs, and execution roadmaps across products, channels, and partnersContinuously refine segment positioning based on market trends and customer insightsSegment Ecosystem GrowthPartner with external players (Wealth, Insurance, lifestyle ecosystem) to:Drive customer acquisition and revenue contributionDevelop joint campaigns and bundled offeringsGenerate fee income and commission streamsTrack and manage partner performance (conversion, revenue, engagement quality)Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to unlock incremental segment valueSupport initiatives to increase product holding and customer value across segments and branchesSegment Performance Management:Drive targetted segment KPIs (as assigned) including but not limited to: Customer acquisition, activation & retention , Deposit balances & CASA mix , Wealth AUM growth , Bancassurance penetration & revenueMonitor performance vs. targets; proactively identify any gaps & risks , growth opportunitiesLead monthly performance reviews and executive reporting with clear action plansLeverage data and analytics to understand customer behavior and lifecycle needs , Identify cross-sell / upsell opportunities (especially Wealth & Banca)Drive improvements in: Customer engagement , retention , Wallet shareSales & Distribution EnablementPartner with RM teams and digital channels to:Effectively roll out segment initiativesDrive sales focus on priority products (CASA, Wealth, Bancassurance)Support incentive schemes aligned with segment objectivesImprove frontline productivity and conversion through better targeting and toolsGovernance & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate across Product, marketing , Risk, Compliance Finance, Operations and IT to ensure smooth and timely executionSupport governance processes including:Business case approvalsProduct/program reviewsPost-implementation evaluationsEnsure all segment initiatives comply with internal policies and regulatory requirementsJob Requirements:Banking / Finance / Business degree and equivalent functional experienceMinumum 5 years experience in retail banking, digital banking, wealth, insurance or segment managementTechnical/Functional skillsStrong track record in driving revenue and commercial outcomesExperience working with external partners / ecosystemsSolid understanding of customer lifecycle & personalization strategiesData-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionsStrong stakeholder management and execution capabilityPersonal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])Multi-task handling skillCommunication skillTime management skillMotivated and energeticStrong written and verbal critical reasoningResult orientedAble to focus attention on detailAbout Us: With operations that span 15 different markets across the region, the opportunity to expand your experience, test your capabilities, and exhibit your resilience is ample. #teamCIMB is always keen to welcome the ones who are ready to make that very special difference - for themselves and the bank.
