- Managing the setup, activation, and daily optimization of performance commerce campaigns on platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Tiki.
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to exceed e-commerce KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and Conversion Rate.
- Implementing various e-commerce ad formats, including in-app ads, collaborative ads (CPAS), and onsite search placements.
- Preparing and delivering insightful performance reports with clear analysis and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal planning teams to integrate e-commerce strategies into the overall media plan, aligning with client business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Media & Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in an e-commerce or performance marketing role required.
- Hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns on major e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Vietnam, including platform-specific nuances and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to utilize sales and media data for performance improvements.
- Experience in developing e-commerce media plans or a planning mindset is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
