Investment, Research & DevelopmentConduct market research and develop shopping center business models aligned with customer demand and competition to ensure high commercial efficiency.Develop the investment portfolio and master plan; oversee progress of approved development projects.Manage new mall openings: tenant mix planning, leasing strategy, and project rollout.Optimize site planning and asset allocation across projects; review leasing policies, pricing, and ongoing developments.Build and update leasing policies and industry-specific strategies to improve business efficiency.2. Business Development & MarketingDevelop business and marketing policies and strategies aligned with corporate goals and revenue targets.Organize, monitor, and evaluate leasing performance; propose tenant mix and rental strategies to ensure sustainable growth.Lead customer development programs, loyalty initiatives, and customer care strategies across the retail chain.Build and implement strategic marketing plans consistent with the company’s growth direction.Supervise and evaluate annual marketing campaigns; track and report on performance results.Maintain and update annual sales documents (concepts, layouts, brand positioning) to ensure accuracy and consistency for new mall openings.3. Operations & Service Quality ManagementDevelop and maintain a streamlined leasing management system to ensure high efficiency and transparency.Supervise execution of leasing contracts, payment, and fee management according to approved plans.Recruit, train, and manage professional sales and leasing teams; ensure compliance with company ethics and standards.Develop and implement customer experience and service quality strategies to enhance brand satisfaction.Deploy CRM and automation systems to manage customer data, monitor business KPIs, and improve decision-making.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Real Estate, or related fields.Experience:At least 10 years in senior management roles in retail, real estate, or shopping center development.Proven experience in large-scale business development, leasing strategy, and marketing management.Skills:Strong strategic and leadership capabilities.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Deep understanding of the retail and leasing markets, customer behavior, and commercial operations.High integrity, discipline, and professional demeanor.Contact: Ha HoangDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
