- Primarily responsible for the front-end research and development of products, including the design, implementation, and optimization of user interfaces.
- Drive technical decisions, review code, and promote best practices in development and architecture.
- Utilize relevant tools and platforms to address user experience challenges, integrate complex business logic, and deliver business solutions efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define technical requirements, and contribute to system architecture design and development.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and evaluate leading industry products to drive continuous improvement in user experience and overall product quality.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
- Lead big projects from end-to-end and mentor/guide team members in
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in Front-end development, proficient in Reactjs and React Native related stacks:
- At least 4 years of experience: Middle level
- At least 6 years of experience: Senior level
- At least 9 years of experience: Lead level
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects with a team of 4+ members for the Lead level. Open-minded leader with strong communication and listening skills.
- Well-informed on current trends and developments in the technology industry.
- Good English communication is mandatory.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Extensive front-end experience leading or independently delivering large-scale modules or systems, and strong architecture expertise.
- Experienced in NodeJS or other back-end development.
- Hands-on experience in mini-programs.
- Experience in international projects or contributions to open-source communities.
