Mechanical Design Engineer

• Bachelor's level in Mechanical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar mechanical engineering role.

• Technical Knowledge, technical drawing design knowledge.
• Strong CAD, SolidWorks, drawing design software…proficiency.
• Excellent accuracy and quality focus.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Effective communication and team collaboration.
• Ownership and self-leadership in daily tasks.

• English at CEFR level B2 or higher (Upper Intermediate).

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
• Collaborates closely with the Netherlands team to support the setup and alignment of production processes.
• Flexibility required during the setup phase to adapt to evolving production needs.

• Translate a set of customer requirements into a manufacturing design.
• Create project plans and ensure the projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Evaluate design solutions against industry standards and regulations.
• Make the right technological decision. Identifies potential process disruptions which may lead to not meeting performance standards.

• Communicates with stakeholders to gain the information necessary to design the product and aligns with all stakeholders to carry out the project.
• Supports the production team when there are queries related to the data package.

• Determines if a design solution is user-friendly, cost-effective, high quality and environmentally friendly.

• Set up checks to ensure product safety and compliance with quality standards.
• Act according to Code of Conduct and report unsafe situations.
• Support rework analysis and corrective actions for out-of-spec parts.

• Delivers, updates and stores product documentation for the customer.
• Documents the design process and presents progress reports.
