QC Engineer - $36K/Year I UAE Relocation

Location: Business Bay, Dubai | Employment: Full-time | Industry: Payment/GamingWhat You'll Be Doing

Conduct manual testing of payment-related features, including domestic/international bank transfers, wallet top-ups, refunds, and settlement processes
Verify end-to-end transaction flows, including API validation (Postman/Swagger), UI consistency, and error handling
Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to identify gaps, validate new features, and ensure regression testing is performed thoroughly
Document test cases and execution results clearly; raise bugs with detailed reproduction steps and evidence (logs/screenshots/video)
Maintain high accuracy in reconciling transaction records vs system reports to detect mismatches or abnormal behaviors
Monitor live environments post-deployment for critical issues and ensure resolution timelines are tracked

What We're Looking For

5+ years experience in manual QA/QC, preferably in a fintech, banking, or e-commerce company
Familiar with payment products, including banking systems, e-wallets, or remittance flows
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail you enjoy finding the needle in a haystack
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, or any Test Management System
Able to work independently, follow structured SOPs, and escalate issues when needed
Comfortable with English documentation and cross-functional communication
