We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.The part you will playThe Affiliate Marketing Intern supports our Affiliate team in daily campaign execution, creator/ MCN coordination, and data tracking across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada).
This is a hybrid support role, working closely with both our Affiliate Account and Affiliate Network executives.
You’ll be exposed to the full process of affiliate marketing activities - from creator recruitment to campaign performance monitoring and analysis. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn and take action, and comfortable working with data, people, and repetitive execution tasks.

Campaign Operations & Execution

Assist in daily campaign setup and commission updates.
Support Affiliate Executives in checking activities, preparing and updating campaign calendars, data collection, and reporting.
Manage and follow up on operational tasks with accuracy and timeliness under supervision.
Research and collect competitor brands and platforms’ activities for the Affiliate program.
Creator & MCN Coordination

Support in researching and recruiting potential creators and MCNs.
Help maintain and update the creator/MCN database - contact information, category, rate card, and past performance.
Communicate with creators/MCNs to share campaign information details
Assist in collecting and organizing creator/MCN activities.
Follow up with creators and MCNs to ensure videos and livestreams go live on schedule.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Education & Background

Final-year student majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related fields with the ability to provide an official internship endorsement letter from the university
Able to commit to a 6-month internship period.
Detail-oriented with good organization and task management
Eager to learn new knowledge, tools, systems, and workflows quickly.
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
Personal Attributes

Hands-on and responsible: can handle repetitive tasks with consistency and reliability.
Eager to learn and open to feedback.
Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable supporting multiple team members or ad-hoc requests.
Positive attitude and energy, enjoys a fast-paced, result-driven work environment.
Fluency in English is a plus.
