- Design and implement performance management systems (goal setting, reviews, feedback).
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Support performance reviews and development planning, including improvement plans.
- Prepare timely HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, engagement, quarterly global HR metrics).
- Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Implement HQ training programs and coordinate execution with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify training needs with department managers and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training and certification records.
- Prepare monthly PIT declarations for Vietnam.
- Coordinate tax finalization with consultants and manage PIT matters for the regional office.
- Prepare annual salary increment master file for the SEA region.
- Manage compensation and salary reports.
- Support policy development and workforce planning.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Group Leader.
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources within a multinational organization
- Proficient in English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Solid knowledge of HR operations and regulations, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
