Product Owner (B2B SaaS | HR Tech)

• Own and drive the Product Vision & long-term Roadmap, aligning with business goals

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business impact, resources, and timelines

• Collaborate with CEO, Business & DX teams to design product strategies, pricing models (subscription), and growth initiatives (upsell/cross-sell)

• Analyze market trends and competitors in HRM, Payroll, ATS, and SaaS ecosystem

• Gather insights from users, support channels, and data to improve product experience continuously

• Partner closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality features on time

• Enable Sales & Customer Success teams with product knowledge and training to maximize customer impact

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum product development

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions

• Excellent communication skills to bridge business & technical teams

• Hands-on experience in writing clear and effective user stories

• Strong prioritization mindset – knowing what to focus on (and what to say no to)

• Experience in HR Tech domain is a big plus
