You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the Life The incumbent will manage and develop trustworthy relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors and other customers in the assigned territory.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Function as a subject matter expert on assigned products, and monitor industry trends and develop business plans to meet the sales targets in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner.Manage and build on strategic relationships with existing customers whilst acquiring new customer accounts.Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the day-to-day sales activities.Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty, and increase market share.Co-operate and manage distributors in terms of selling activities, channels management, inventory tracking, forecasting, coaching and training.Provide continuous clinical and technical support during cases.Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to.Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities or customer complaints relating to the product, procedure and quality system.Assist in the planning and execution of annual marketing and training agendaAchieve quarterly and annual sales revenue and margin targets.Required Knowledge and Experience:Proven strong performance record in salesExisting network in medical device industry will be an assetStrong learning agility and problem solving skillsAble to assimilate and communicate complex technical informationStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsTeam work and sales oriented2-5 years of previous sales experience in medical devices, medical equipment or Pharmaceutical industryExisting network in medical device industry will be an assetComputer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of softwareHealthcare/ Medical / Pharmaceutical/ Business/Commerce Diploma/ Degree.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
