JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Quality ManagerLocation: KCN Nhơn Trạch 2, Xã Nhơn Trạch, Tỉnh Đồng NaiDirectly reports to: Quality Director or as assigned by higher management.COMPANYGlobal leader in laser, photonics, and advanced optical technologies for Semiconductor and High-Tech Manufacturing.BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOBLead, develop, and direct the Quality team in material quality issues, process control, and customer quality support.Establish and implement strong quality management systems and methodologies for both new product quality and mass production quality.Drive continuous improvement (CI) projects to enhance product quality, process stability, and operational excellence.Ensure effective quality planning, control, and assurance across all manufacturing stages.Act as the key person in leading quality activities for new projects and product introductions.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required.Preferred majors:Electrical EngineeringOpticsAutomationPhysicsAdvanced degrees or professional certifications are a strong plus.ExperienceMinimum 10+ years of solid experience in Quality functions.At least 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.Experience working with global sites or international teams is a strong advantage.Quality & Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in:Quality process management: Audit, SPC, LEAN, GR&R, etc.New project verification, PPAP, and APQP.Quality systems such as ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949.Systematic problem-solving methodologies: PDCA, 8D, DMAIC.Leadership & People DevelopmentAbility to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments and targets.Strong capability in developing team members' skills and career growth to meet both individual and organizational goals.Skilled in conflict management and decision-making.Able to remove barriers and drive effective problem resolution.Build strong, high-performing teams by leveraging diverse skills and ideas toward common goals.Personal CompetenciesTarget-driven, reliable, and dependable with strong professional quality mindset.High sense of ownership and responsibility for product and process quality.Excellent communication skills to align and connect the entire quality team with other functions.Strong risk assessment ability to make sound decisions in complex or critical situations.BENEFITSFlexible working hours with a standard 40-hour workweekFlexible working location: 6-12 remote/flexible days per year (based on position)Free shuttle bus from Dong Nai & Ho Chi Minh City to Nhơn Trạch and VSIP1Competitive salary with annual review and allowances (housing, transportation, parking)Premium health insurance (BVH) with optional family coverageStrong employee care: training, annual health check, holiday gifts, company trips, sports & team activities
