- Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support DSEs to secure business opportunities.
- Perform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ Supervisors.
- Monitor sales tasks and ensure the fulfillments.
- Responsible for Company system inputs and updates.
- Corporate and work with other branches related to any sales issues.
- Assist District Sales Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunities.
- Assist District Sales Manager in running Sales weekly meeting and take the minutes.
- Take up additional tasks as required meeting the Company's need.
- Candidates have speaking capability in Chinese or Korean are preferred
- Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1-year Expeditors /industry experience.
- Knowledge of required company's operating systems as well PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills.
