Lead the Vietnam entity with a strong focus on engineering performance, project delivery, and operational oversight. Act as the main bridge between Vietnam Tech Hub and Group HQ.Technology & Delivery

Oversee software development teams (frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, cloud).
Ensure quality execution across SDLC, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
Support AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
Drive alignment with Group architecture, security, and product roadmaps.

Operations & Leadership

Manage a 26+ person team; lead hiring, talent development, and performance.
Oversee office operations, HR, and administrative functions.
Monitor budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations.
Act as legal representative of the Vietnam entity.

Well-known multinational corporationLead a high-performing software team

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
16+ years' experience, including 3+ years in management.
Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud environments (AWS), DevOps, QA automation.
Experience working with multinational tech teams.
English and Vietnamese speaking
