Adecco's client is a leading company in Catering field.RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a Head of Sales (Sales Director) - Vietnam Entity who will be responsible for the following:
  • Develop sales strategy for contract catering business & manage resources (overall sales leadership in Vietnam)
  • Establish and execute sales strategies
  • Manage sales database (DB) through market sensing and analysis
  • Build and maintain networks with key stakeholders (key persons)
  • Manage the sales process for project acquisition (bidding & contracting)
  • Plan proposals and oversee/coaching throughout bidding and contract acquisition processes
  • Review profitability (P&L) to evaluate business feasibility and manage performance
  • Lead contract negotiation and execution
REQUIREMENTSPreferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in foreign languages: Chinese, English, or Vietnamese
  • Experience working in Vietnam
  • Strong capability in network expansion and strategic problem-solving
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales or related fields
  • Preferred Background
  • Experience in large-scale catering industry or corporate B2B sales in major companies
  • Experience working in Vietnam with strong ability to expand local networks
