- Develop sales strategy for contract catering business & manage resources (overall sales leadership in Vietnam)
- Establish and execute sales strategies
- Manage sales database (DB) through market sensing and analysis
- Build and maintain networks with key stakeholders (key persons)
- Manage the sales process for project acquisition (bidding & contracting)
- Plan proposals and oversee/coaching throughout bidding and contract acquisition processes
- Review profitability (P&L) to evaluate business feasibility and manage performance
- Lead contract negotiation and execution
- Proficiency in foreign languages: Chinese, English, or Vietnamese
- Experience working in Vietnam
- Strong capability in network expansion and strategic problem-solving
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales or related fields
- Preferred Background
- Experience in large-scale catering industry or corporate B2B sales in major companies
- Experience working in Vietnam with strong ability to expand local networks
