- Collaborate with Brand & Sales Key Account to develop Channel Strategy, taking into account regional market differences, company priorities and brand strategies
- Translate Channel Strategy into Channel Activity Plan with allocated budget and through the line Brand Campaigns
- To analyze sales performance, evaluate the efficiencies of channel activities to react with market changes/ needs or competitor's threats
- Collaborate with Customer & Sales to drive biz agenda inline with Company & Customer Strategy to truly become Business partnership
- To manage budget allocation and ensure to optimize and maximize investment of Trade at market.Drive a continuous cost optimization mindset with team and agencies
- Knowledge of professionally advertising, culture and sociology
- Above 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Commercial Marketing / Channel Marketing. At least 1-2 years of experience at Manager level
- Decision maker
- Strong business & commercial mindset - understands P&L impact, ROI, and growth levers.
- Highly market & execution oriented: comfortable spending time in outlets and on the street.
- Able to convert messy market observations into clear insights and actions.
- Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm
- Functional Competencies: Proficiency at Excel or BI tools & Financial acumen
