Drive flawless execution of Field Force operation across retail touchpoints to support sell-out and launch/relaunch.
Identify opportunities of improving Field Force productivity and sell-out growth through Insight-to Action analyses.Role and ResponsibilitiesRetail PlanningDevelop & execute GTM plans in retail environments to support launch/relaunches.Lead channel-support across functions in driving sell out through retail projectsSet up & monitor execution KPIs (Distribution, OOS, WOS, PS productivity…) to ensure Field Force effectivenessReview the execution compliance and action planning.Responsible for retail budget planning, ROI analysis to ensure effectiveness of investment.Field Force ManagementTarget setting: Set target sell-out for Field Force team and provide to Field Force agency to execute, monitor & track with Dashboards.Design salary & incentive schemes to support for Field Force in achieving sell-out target and smoothen operationsDevelop optimal coverage plan for RS & PS / Tleader / RFM (MCP/MMCS/MCS Pro/Retail mapping)Drive partnership & collaboration between office team (KAMs, CD, PM, VMD, FIN) and Field Force team to ensure Retail performance & operation across accounts x regions.Field Force Capability enhancement: partner with Training team to equip & improve FF capability & knowledgeMarket AnalyticsIdentify opportunties to improve Field Force performance and sell-out growth via insightful analyses and profound understanding of customers and competitors.Develop & deliver strategic reports to stakeholders and Suwon with high quality of data in time.Market Sensing, Retail Mapping, Mobile MCS, Price & Stocks Monitoring and other relevant periodic reports are important to be submitted timely.Consolidate, communicate and drive collaboration across functions to implement action plan based identified insights.Market visit & engage with Field Force team to get update on competitors movement and market situation as well as assess Field team executionSkills and Qualifications
- Solid experience in Trade MKT, Retail Sales, Field Force operations, preferably from 5 years & above
- Already has experience in team management, at least 2 direct reports.
- Strong skills of data analytics, presentation, communication.
- Willing to travel.
