PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Refund Process for Container Deposit, Excess Payment:Full process of RefundChecking Customer DocumentsChecking with related departments.Communicate with customers.Preparing the document for refunding.Follow the full refund process and communicated with Share Center Service in India.Filing documents.Container Deposit UpdateCheck the Bank statement & compare it with tariffPrepare the file for Updating Container Deposit in Accounting system.Daily Communicating with Customers/ Related Departments: Phone Call/ Email * JOB REQUIREMENTSFresh graduate/ working experience in the similar position in the shipping or freight forwarder company.Bachelor's degree, major in Accounting, Finance, Foreign Trade, Export-Import ...Able to communicate with colleaguesinterpersonal skill, persuasion skill, Enthusiasm, open, dynamic, customer minded, fast learner.Good communication in English in writingGood computer skills & MS Office.Come along on CMA CGM's adventure !
