- Own VN–USA lane volume and GP targets.
- Develop strategy for Ocean FCL/LCL, Air export & import, and US inbound business.
- Promote US warehousing, inland trucking, and customs brokerage solutions.
- Develop exporters in Electronics, Furniture, Footwear, and Industrial goods sectors.
- Convert spot shippers into regular monthly accounts.
- Lead customer business reviews and forecasting discussions.
- Coordinate closely with WFS USA and agent network.
- Develop inbound shipments from US agents to Vietnam.
- Align pricing strategy and SOP with overseas partners.
- Act as Vietnam focal point for TP lane stakeholders.
- Work with Pricing Team on TP lane pricing strategy.
- Ensure margin protection and service reliability.
- 2–7 years of experience in VN–USA logistics.
- Strong knowledge of TP ocean contracts and space allocation.
- Understanding of US inland transport, customs, and warehousing.
- Strong network with US agents/NVOCC.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
