The Finance Planning & Analysis Director leads financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support across multiple entities in Vietnam. This role partners with regional and local leadership to improve profitability, strengthen forecasting, and support long‑term growth initiatives through high‑quality financial insights and data transparency.
  • Lead monthly financial performance reporting to regional headquarters, delivering comprehensive analysis on revenue, costs, workforce expenses, balance sheet, and capital expenditures
  • Produce detailed profitability analysis by customer and product line to support pricing decisions and margin improvement
  • Track and communicate key sales performance indicators, including customer relationship management metrics, new contract wins, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process for all Vietnam entities, including joint ventures
  • Act as the country lead for risk management and sustainability‑related performance reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy, accounting policies, and cost and revenue recognition to strengthen financial visibility and forecasting
  • Build financial business cases and investment models for major initiatives such as new facilities, key customers, and acquisitions
  • Support digital transformation by improving data integration across core business systems to increase automation and reporting efficiency
Direct involvement in regional reporting, major investment decisionsShape financial performance and influence long‑term business direction
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, controlling, or business strategy
  • Background in medium to large international or multinational organizations
  • Strong leadership capability with experience guiding teams and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and execution skills with a strategic mindset
  • Fluency in English
