- Quality planning regarding new product types and transfered products
- Take responsibility for quality improvement projects from AP direction
- Organize 8D report with team to define rootcause and action plan for customer complaint
- Follow 8D report action plan and check effectiveness of actions before closing customer complaint on SAP system
- Escalate to management team especially QA Manager in case action of complaint not in place and not effective
- Customer audit onsite and participate to find root casue analysis of findings from customers
- Cooperate with Quality Customer in handling customer complaints
- Support Q Segment in INTERCOMPANY complaint and verify action plan
- APQP tracking and reporting per request together with project team
- Customer PPAP follow up from beginning to the end according to QA projects matrix
- Support internal and external audit related to quality planning topics
- Process audit make report for nonconformity case
- Requalification test/ Product audit (100% part measurement) as planned
- Build up Control plan and inspection plan for new projects according to QA projects matrix
- Maintain & update current inspection plan to define the righ method to control quality in production lines
- Coodinator for FMEA meeting with coreteam related to control plan/ inspection plan topic
- Coordinate with Q Segment for quality direction and improvement activities
- Bachelor degree with technical background. Mechanical engineering is most preferable
- 2-3 year experience in area of production quality, planning and quality system, customer complaint handling
- Knowledge and experience in 5 core tools, 7 QC tools
- Quality awareness - ISO 9001/ IATF 16949
- Proficient English
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Good computer skills especially MS-Office (advanced excel)
