Chief Financial Officer (8x preferred)

• Develop, implement, and oversee long-term financial strategies aligned with the Group’s overall business strategy.

• Establish financial KPI/OKR frameworks and conduct performance analysis across business units, products, and segments.

• Lead annual financial planning, periodic forecasting, and scenario modeling.

• Manage budgets and cash flow to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources.

• Optimize capital structure and cost of capital.

• Manage liquidity, working capital, and financial risks.

• Establish internal control systems and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable laws.

• Organize and oversee a centralized accounting system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across the Group.

• Take full responsibility for the quality of consolidated financial statements and management reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Management.

• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and financial institutions.

• Build, lead, and develop the finance and accounting team.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives, standardize financial systems, and enhance data governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance; overseas education is preferred.

• Strong English proficiency.
